A pretty maid, a Protestant, was to a Catholic wed;
To love all Bible truths and tales, quite early she's been bred.
It sorely grieved her husband's heart that she would not comply,
And join the Mother Church of Rome and heretics deny.

So day by day he flattered her, but still she saw no good
Would ever come from bowing down to idols made of wood.
The Mass, the host, the miracles, were made but to deceive;
And transubstantiation, too, she'd never dare believe.

He went to see his clergyman and told him his sad tale.
"My wife is an unbeliever, sir; you can perhaps prevail.
For all your Romish miracles my wife has strong aversion,
To really work a miracle may lead to her conversion."

The priest went with the gentleman--he thought to gain a prize.
He said, " I will convert her, sir, and open both her eyes."
So when they came into the house, the husband loudly cried,
"This priest has come to dine with us!" "He's welcome," she replied.

And when, at last, the meal was o'er, the priest at once began
To teach his hostess all about the sinful state of man;
The greatness of our Savior's love, which Christians can't deny,
To give Himself a sacrifice and for our sins to die.

"I will return tomorrow, las, prepare some bread and wine;
The sacramental miracle will stop your soul's decline."
"I'll bake the breaed," the lady said, "You may," he did reply,
"And when you've seen this maracle, convinced you'll be, say I."

The priest did come accordingly, the bread and wine did bless,
The lady asked, "Sir, is it changed?" The priest answered, "Yes.
It's changed from common bread and wine to truly flesh and blood;
Begorra, lass, this power of mine has changed it into God!

So having blessed the bread and wine, to eat they did prepare.
The lady said unto the priest, "I want you to take care,
For half an ounce of arsenic was mixed right in the batter,
But since you have its nature changed, it cannot really matter."

The priest was struck real dumb--he looked as pale as death.
The bread and wine fell from his hands and he did gasp for breath.
"Bring me my horse!" the priest cried, "This is a cursed home!"
The lady replied, "Begone; tis you who shares the curse of Rome."

The husband, too, he sat surprised, and not a word did say.
At length he spoke, "My dear," said he, "the priest has run away;
To gulp such mummery and tripe, I'm not for sure, quite able;
I'll go with you and we'll renounce this Roman Catholic fable."

It has been confidently asserted, by some modern members of the Romish communion, that the story, concerning pope Joan, is a mere fiction, invented by Protestants to blacken the infallible Church.

In opposition to which insinuation, I here insert the following extract, copied, verbatim, by my own hand, from that scarce and curious old book, entitled, The Nuremburgh Chronicle: which was printed at Nuremburgh, in the year of our Lord 1493; in a Popish city, by Popish printers, and compiled by Popish hands, no less than four and twenty years before the first dawn of the Reformation.

The reader will find the following succinct history of this famous female pope in the above work on page 169.

Translation of the Text

Joan of English descent, but said to have been born at Mentz, obtained the Popedom by sinister arts: for, she palmed herself upon the world as a man when, in reality, she was a woman. In her youth, she accompanied a learned lover of her’s, to Athens: and there, by attending the lectures of the best literary professors, she made so great a progress in erudition, that, on her arrival in Rome, she had few equals and no superiors, in all kinds of theological knowledge.

By her learned lectures, and by her masterly disputatious, she acquired so much esteem and authority, that, on the death of Leo, she was, by universal consent (as Martinus affirms), created Pope.

Some time after her elevation to the pontifical dignity, she became criminally familiar with one of her domestics; and pregnancy was the consequence. She took care, by every precaution, to conceal this circumstance, as long as possible until, at last, as she was walking [in public procession] to the Lateran Church [in Rome], she was suddenly seized with labour-pains, and brought forth her infant, in that part of the street which lies between the Theatre and the Church of St. Clement. She died on the spot; having held the Popedom two years, one month, and four days.

Some writers affirm, that, to this very day, [1493], whenever the pope walks in procession to the Lateran Church, he constantly goes thither by another way, to avoid reviving the memory of the above mentioned detestable event; and that, in order to prevent a similar imposition the new elected Pontiff is properly examined, by the junior deacon, at the time of his holiness’s first enthronement in St. Peter’s chair; the seat whereof is perforated for that purpose.
(Translated by Augustus Toplady)

Thus far the Nuremburgh Chronicle. To which I add the following indisputable particulars.

1. This said Mrs. Joan (who called herself John VIII) was successor, in the popedom, to Leo IV. who died, A.D. 855, and she herself was succeeded by Benedict III.

2. Not only do many grave Roman Catholic historians assert the fact; but the fact
itself has also exercised the wits of more than a few ingenious poets of that communion.

Witness the following epigrammatic verse:

Papa pater patrum peperit papissa papellum.

Not to mention those lines of Mantuan, who was himself a Carmelite friar, and who represents pope Joan and her lover hanging in the ante-chamber of hell:

Hic pendebat adhuc, sexum mentita virilem,
Faemina, cui trilici Phrygiam diademate mitram
Suspendebat apex; et pontificlLs adulter.

3. The statue of this she-pope remained, in the cathedral church of Sienna, so low down, as until about the year 1677: when it was demolished, in order to stifle all memory of an incident so disasterous and dishonourable to the holy see.

The Reader should be apprized, that a wooden print, representing the said lady and her child, was inserted originally, and still remains, in the Nuremburgh Chronicle abovementioned.

Was not at least this pope the Whore of Babylon?

The Pope says he's the vicar of Christ,
While his underlings practice immoral vice.
He exalts himself and give messages of peace,
While denying our Lord the "Prince of Peace".

He wants the approval of men and to be lifted high,
While priests and nuns are deceived and in their sins die.
He deceives others as he is deceived,
Stating that Mary was immaculately conceived.

One day He will stand before the King Of Kings,
And Christ will say to him as the courts of heaven ring.
Depart from me I never knew, you a false prophet too.
You are full of iniquity and I am through with you !!

"I accept entirely all that has been decided and declared at the Council of Trent."
-- Pope John XXIII (Vatican II, 1962)

"... Having created man 'male and female,' the Lord also wants to place the New Eve beside the New Adam in the Redemption. ... Mary, the New Eve, thus becomes a perfect icon of the Church ... We can therefore turn to the Blessed Virgin, trustfully imploring her aid in the awareness of the singular role entrusted to her by God, the role of co-operator in the Redemption ..."
-- Pope John Paul II, April 1997 (from Newsweek, 8/25/97, p. 51)

Canon 4. If any one saith, that man's free will moved and excited by God, by assenting to God exciting and calling, no-wise co-operates towards disposing and preparing itself for obtaining the grace of Justification; that it cannot refuse its consent, if it would, but that, as something inanimate, it does nothing whatever and is merely passive; let him be anathema.

Canon 5. If any one saith, that, since Adam's sin, the free will of man is lost and extinguished; or, that it is a thing with only a name, yea a name without a reality, a figment, in fine, introduced into the Church by Satan; let him be anathema.

Canon 6. If any one saith, that it is not in man's power to make his ways evil, but that the works that are evil God worketh as well as those that are good, not permissively only, but properly, and of Himself, in such wise that the treason of Judas is no less His own proper work than the vocation of Paul; let him be anathema.

Canon 7. If any one saith, that all works done before Justification, in whatsoever way they be done, are truly sins, or merit the hatred of God; or that the more earnestly one strives to dispose himself for grace, the more grievously he sins; let him be anathema.

Canon 9. If any one saith, that by faith alone the impious is justified; in such wise as to mean, that nothing else is required to co-operate in order to the obtaining of the grace of Justification, and that it is not in any way necessary, that he be prepared and disposed by the movement of his own will; let him be anathema.

Canon 17. If any one saith, that the grace of Justification is only attained to by those who are predestined unto life; but that all others who are called, are called indeed, but receive not grace, as being, by the divine power, predestined unto evil; let him be anathema.

Canon 24. If any one saith, that the justice received is not preserved and also increased before God through good works; but that the said works are merely the fruits and signs of Justification obtained, but not a cause of the increase thereof; let him be anathema.

Canon 30. In any one saith, that, after the grace of Justification has been received, to every penitent sinner guilt is remitted, and the debt of eternal punishment is blotted out in such wise, that there remains not any debt of temporal punishment to be discharged either in this world, or in the next in Purgatory, before entrance to the kingdom of heaven can be opened (to him); let him be anathema.

Canon 32. If any one saith, that the good works of one that is justified are in such a manner the gifts of God, as that they are not also the good merits of him that is justified; or, that the said justified, by the good works which he performs through the grace of God and the merit of Jesus Christ, whose living member he is, does not truly merit increase of grace, eternal life, and the attainment of that eternal life,--if so be, however, that he depart in grace,--and also an increase of glory; let him be anathema.

Canon 33. If any one saith, that, by the Catholic doctrine touching Justification, by this holy Synod set forth in this present decree, the glory of God, or the merits of our Lord Jesus Christ are in any way derogated from, and not rather that the truth of our faith, and the glory in fine of God and of Jesus Christ are rendered (more) illustrious; let him be anathema.

Canon 1. If any one denieth that, in the sacrament of the most holy Eucharist, are contained truly, really, and substantially, the body and blood together with the soul and divinity of our Lord Jesus Christ, and consequently the whole Christ; but saith that He is only therein as in a sign, or in figure, or virtue; let him be anathema.

Canon 6. If any one saith, that, in the holy sacrament of the Eucharist, Christ, the only-begotten Son of God, is not to be adored with the worship, even external of latria; and is, consequently, neither to be venerated with a special festive solemnity, nor to be solemnly borne about in processions, according to the laudable and universal rite and custom of holy church; or, is not to be proposed publicly to the people to be adored, and that the adorers thereof are idolaters; let him be anathema.

Canon 8. If any one saith, that Christ, given in the Eucharist, is eaten spiritually only, and not also sacramentally and really; let him be anathema.

Canon 9. If any one denieth, that all and each of Christ's faithful of both sexes are bound, when they have attained to years of discretion, to communicate every year, at least at Easter, in accordance with the precept of holy Mother Church; let him be anathema.

Canon 3.
If any one saith, that those words of the Lord the Saviour, Receive ye the Holy Ghost, whose sins you shall forgive, they are forgiven them, and whose sins you shall retain, they are retained, are not to be understood of the power of forgiving and of retaining sins in the Sacrament of penance, as the Catholic Church has always from the beginning understood them; but wrests them, contrary to the institution of this sacrament, to the power of the preaching of the gospel; let him be anathema.

Canon 6. If any one denieth, either that sacramental confession was instituted, or is necessary to salvation, of divine right; or saith, that the manner of confessing secretly to a priest alone, which the Church hath ever observed from the beginning, and doth observe, is alien from the institution and command of Christ, and is a human invention; let him be anathema.

Canon 8. If any one saith, that the confession of all sins, such as it is observed in the Church, is impossible, and is a human tradition to be abolished by the godly; or that all and each of the faithful of Christ, of either sex, are not obliged thereunto once a year, conformably to the constitution of the great Council of Lateran, and that, for this cause, the faithful of Christ are to be persuaded not to confess during Lent; let him be anathema.

Canon 14. If any one saith, that the satisfaction, by which penitents redeem their sins through Jesus Christ, are not a worship of God, but traditions of men, which obscure the doctrine of grace, and the true worship of God, and the benefit itself of the death of Christ; let him be anathema.

Canon 1. If any one saith, that in the mass a true and proper sacrifice is not offered to God; or that to be offered is nothing else but that Christ is given us to eat; let him be anathema.

Canon 3. If any one saith, that the sacrifice of the mass is only a sacrifice of praise and of thanksgiving; or, that it is a bare commemoration of the sacrifice consummated on the cross, but not a propitiatory sacrifice; or, that it profits him only who receives; and that it ought not to be offered for the living and the dead for sins, pains, satisfactions, and other necessities; let him be anathema.

"I accept entirely all that has been decided and declared at the Council of Trent."

To the illustrious, Herr Adolf Hitler, F├╝hrer and Chancellor of the German Reich!

Here at the beginning of our pontificate we wish to assure you that we remain devoted to the spiritual welfare of the German people entrusted to your leadership. For them we implore God the Almighty to grant them that true felicity which springs from religion.

We recall with great pleasure the many years we spent in Germany as Apostolic Nuncio, when we did all in our power to establish harmonious relations between Church and State. Now that the responsibilities of our pastoral function have increased our opportunities, how much more ardently do we pray to reach that goal.

May the prosperity of the German people and their progress in every domain come, with God's help, to fruition!

Given this day, 6th March 1939, in Rome at St. Peter's in the first year of our pontificate.

Popery is drunken with the blood of the saints, whom they call "hereticks" - NOW THE CHRUCH OF ROME CALLS THEM 'SEPERATED BRETHREN' . The Office of the Inquisition was designed by Romanism to root out "hereticks" (Protestants)--to torture them, kill them, and take their goods. J.A. Wylie said that by torture, "the Church of Rome proved, what certainly she could not prove by either Scripture or reason, that transubstantiation [Jesus is a piece of bread called the Eucharist/host] is true." Bless God the forefathers of the saints did not bow down before the devil and would serve no Christ but the one of the Bible. They resisted Antichrist unto the blood ...

"Experience teaches that there is no other remedy for the evil, but to put heretics (Protestants) to death; for the (Romish) church proceeded gradually and tried every remedy: at first she merely excommunicatied them; afterwards she added a fine; then she banished them; and finally she was constrained to put them to death."
Cardinal Bellarmine

...others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection:
And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment:
They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented; (Of whom the world was not worthy:)
they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth. And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise: God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.

Please notice the Crucifix that Pope Benedict XVI is holding up to the people, at left.

Study it closely, and you will realize that it is not a Traditional Crucifix, as you will find out below. Rather, this Crucifix is known as a "Bent Cross". But, what does that mean? For the answer to that question, let us turn to a Roman Catholic author, Piers Compton, writing in his book, "The Broken Cross: Hidden Hand In the Vatican", Channel Islands, Neville Spearman, 1981.

This Bent Crucifix is "... a sinister symbol, used by Satanists in the sixth century, that had been revived at the time of Vatican Two. This was a bent or broken cross, on which was displayed a repulsive and distorted figure of Christ, which the black magicians and sorcerers of the Middle Ages had made use of to represent the Biblical term 'Mark of the Beast'. Yet, not only Paul VI, but his successors, the two John-Pauls, carried that object and held it up to be revered by crowds, who had not the slightest idea that it stood for anti-Christ." (p. 72) On page 56 Compton prints a picture of the last Pope, John Paul II, holding this bent or broken cross, just as we have shown, at left.

"The Pope is not only the representative of Jesus Christ, but he is Jesus Christ Himself, hidden under the veil of the flesh. Does the Pope speak? It is Jesus Christ who speaks. Does the Pope accord a favor or pronounce an anathema? It is Jesus Christ who pronounces the anathema or accords the favor. So, when the Pope speaks we have no business to examine. We have only to obey." - Pius X

"We hold upon this earth the place of God Almighty." - Leo XIII

"Wherefore, if those things that I do, be said to be done not of man, but of God; what can you make me but God?" - Gregory IX

"Most Divine of all Heads." "Holy Father of Fathers."

In Matthew 23:9 Jesus warns:
"Call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your father which is in heaven."

Holy Father is a title the pope claims for himself. However, this title occurs only once in the Bible, and used when Jesus addresses His Heavenly Father in John 17:11 in His great prayer before His betrayal, arrest and crucifixion. It is blasphemy for any man to claim this title for himself. It belongs only to God, the Father.
Father is a title that every Roman Catholic priest claims for himself and expects to be called.

"Overseer of the Christian Religion." Here we see Antichrist attempting to replace Jesus as head of the church.

"Pastor of Pastors.""Christ by Unction." blasphemy

"Abraham by Patriachate."

"Melchisedec in Order." blasphemy - Jesus is our High Priest
"Moses in Authority."

"Samuel in the Judicial Office."

"High Priest, Supreme Bishop."
blasphemy Jesus is our great High Priest.

"Heir to the Apostles; Peter in Power."

"Key-bearer of the Kingdom of Heaven."

"Pontiff Supreme Over Prelates."

"Pontiff Appointed with Plenitude of Power."

Pontifix Maximus is a papal title meaning in Latin "chief bridge maker" between earth and heaven. However, Jesus Christ is the only One who can claim this title because
"no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 14:6.
This was a title of Julius Caesar and of the Roman Emperors of paganism, thus showing how modern Roman Catholicism is of pagan origin. Constantine, a politician, in 320 AD, hijacked the church of Rome, taking control of it for himself. Hence, all popes accept the title "Pontifix Maximus" which title belonged to the Roman Emporers from Julius Caesar onwards.

"Vicar of Christ." This is the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.

"Vicar of the Son of God." This is the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit."Sovereign Priest."

"Head of all the Holy Churches."

"Chief of the Universal Church."

"Bishop of Bishops."

"Ruler of the House of the Lord."

"Apostolic Lord and Father of Fathers."

"Chief Pastor and Teacher."

"Physician of Souls."

"Rock against which the proud gates of hell prevail not."

"Infallible Pope."

"Head of All the Holy Priests of God" Here again we see the Pope exalting himself above the son of God

"Chief bridge maker"

2 Thessalonians 2:4:
"Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God."

Quotes declaring Pope infallible

“The Roman Pontiff, head of the college of bishops, enjoys this infallibility in virtue of his office, when, as Supreme Pastor and teacher of all the faithful--who confirms his brethren in the faith--he proclaims by a definitive act a doctrine pertaining to faith or morals....The infallibility promised to the Church is also present in the body of bishops when, together with Peter’s successor, ‘they exercise the supreme Magisterium,’ above all in an Ecumenical Council.
When the Church through its supreme Magistrium proposes a doctrine ‘for belief as being divinely revealed,’ and as the teaching of Christ, the definitions ‘must be adhered to with the obedience of faith.’ This infallibility extends as far as the doposit of divine revelation itself.”

Catechism of the Catholic Church, #891, 1994 edition.

"The Pope takes the place of Jesus Christ on divine right the Pope has supreme and full power in faith, in morals over each and every pastor and his flock. He is the true vicar, the head of the entire church, the father and teacher of all Christians. He is the infallible ruler, the founder of dogmas, the author of and the judge of councils; the universal ruler of truth, the arbiter of the world, the supreme judge of heaven and earth, the judge of all, being judged by no one, God himself on earth."
Quoted in the New York Catechism.

“The Pope’s authority is unlimited, incalculable; it can strike, as Innocent III says, wherever sin is; it can punish every one; it allows no appeal and is itself Sovereign Caprice; for the Pope carries, according to the expression of Boniface VIII, all rights in the Shrine of his breast. As he has now become infallible, he can by the use of the little word, “orbi,” (which means that he turns himself round to the whole Church) make every rule, every doctrine, every demand, into a certain and incontestable article of Faith. No right can stand against him, no personal or corporate liberty; or as the [Roman Catholic] Canonists put it—“The tribunal of God and of the pope is one and the same.” -Ignaz von Dollinger,
“A Letter Addressed to the Archbishop of Munich” 1871; as quoted in MacDougall,
The Acton Newman Relations (Fordham University Press) pp. 119,120.

Quoted in the New York Catechism.

These words are written in the Roman Canon Law 1685: "To believe that our Lord God the Pope has not the power to decree as he is decreed, is to be deemed heretical."

Father A. Pereira says: "It is quite certain that Popes have never approved or rejected this title 'Lord God the Pope,' for the passage in the gloss referred to appears in the edition of the Canon Law published in Rome in 1580 by Gregory XIII."

Roman Catholic Canon Law stipulates through Pope Innocent III that the Roman pontiff is
"the vicegerent upon earth, not a mere man, but of a very God;" and in a gloss on the passage it is explained that this is because he is the vicegerent of Christ, who is "very God and very man."
Decretales Domini Gregorii translatione Episcoporum, (on the transference of Bishops), title 7, chapter 3; Corpus Juris Canonice (2nd Leipzig ed., 1881), col. 99; (Paris, 1612), tom. 2, Devretales, col. 205

"The pope is the supreme judge of the law of the land... He is the vicegerent (replacement) of Christ, who is not only a Priest forever, but also King of kings and Lord of lords."
La Civilia Cattolica, March 18, 1871, quoted in Leonard Woosely Bacaon, An inside view of the Vatican Council (American Tract Society ed.), p.229

"Christ entrusted His office to the chief pontiff;... but all power in heaven and in earth has been given to Christ;... therefore the chief pontiff, who is His vicar, will have this power."
Corpus Juris chap. 1 column 29, translated from a gloss on the words Porro Subesse Romano Pontiff

"The pope is the supreme judge of the law of the land . . . He is the vicegerent of Christ, and is not only a priest forever, but also King of kings and Lord of lords"
La Civilta Cattolica, March 18, 1871.

"All the faithful must believe that the Holy Apostolic See and the Roman Pontiff [the Pope] possesses the primacy over the whole world, and the Roman Pontiff is the successor of blessed Peter, Prince of the Apostles, and is true vicar of Christ, and heed of the whole church, and father and teacher of all Christians; and that full power was given to him in blessed Peter to rule, feed, and govern the universal Church by Jesus Christ our Lord."
First Dogmatic Constitution on the Church of Christ, "Eternal Pastor," published in the fourth session of the Vatican Council, 1870, chap. 3, in Philip Schaff, Creeds of Christendom. vol. 2, p. 262.

No right can stand against him, no personal or corporate liberty; or as the [Roman Catholic] Canonists put it—“The tribunal of God and of the pope is one and the same.”
Ignaz von Dollinger, “A Letter Addressed to the Archbishop of Munich” 1871; as quoted in MacDougall,

"The Saviour Himself is the door of the sheepfold: 'I am the door of the sheep.' Into this fold of Jesus Christ, no man may enter unless he be led by the Sovereign Pontiff; and only if they be united to him can men be saved, for the Roman Pontiff is the Vicar of Christ and His personal representative on earth."
(Pope John XXIII in his homily to the Bishops and faithful assisting at his coronation on November 4, 1958).

"This is our last lesson to you: receive it, engrave it in your minds, all of you: by God's commandment salvation is to be found nowhere but in the Church; the strong and effective instrument of salvation is none other than the Roman Pontificate."
(Pope Leo XIII, Allocution for the 25th anniversary of his election, February 20, 1903; Papal Teachings: The Church, Benedictine Monks of Solesmes, St. Paul Editions, Boston, 1962, page 653).

"Furthermore, in this one Church of Christ no man can be or remain who does not accept, recognize and obey the authority and supremacy of Peter and his legitimate successors."
(Pope Pius XI, Encyclical, Mortalium animos, January 6, 1928, The Papal Encyclicals, Claudia Carlen, I.H.M., McGrath Publishing Co., 1981, pp. 317, 318).

"We define that the Holy Apostolic See (the Vatican) and the Roman Pontiff hold the primacy over the whole world."
A Decree of the Council of Trent, quoted in Philippe Labbe and Gabriel Cossart, "The Most Holy Councils," col. 1167.

"But as for you and your companions, you certainly sin, if, having heard the decrees of the Apostolic See, and of the universal Church, and the same is confirmed by Holy Writ, you refuse to follow them; for, though your fathers were holy, do you think that their small number, in a corner of the remotest island, is to be preferred before the universal Church of Christ throughout the world? And if that Columba of yours (and, I may say, ours also, if he was Christ's servant), was a holy man and powerful in miracles, yet could he be preferred before the most blessed prince of the Apostles to whom Our Lord said 'Thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my Church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it, and to thee I will give the keys of the kingdom of heaven'?" When Wilfrid had spoken thus, the king said, "Is it true Colman, that these words were spoken to Peter by Our Lord?" He answered, "It is true, O king!" Then says he, "Can you show any such power given to your Columba?" Colman answered, "None." Then added the king, "Do you both agree that these words were principally directed to Peter, and that the keys of heaven were given to him by Our Lord?" They both answered. "We do." Then the king concluded, "And I also say unto you, that he is the door-keeper, whom I will not contradict, but will, as far as I know and am able, in all things obey his decrees, lest, when I come to the gates of the kingdom of heaven, there should be none to open them, he being my adversary who is proved to have the keys."
(St. Bede, Ecclesiastical History of the English Nation, quoted in Readings from Church History, Volume I, edited by Fr. Colman Barry, O.S.B., The Newman Press, Westminster, MD, 1966, p. 273.)

"In founders and foundresses [of the consecrated orders of nuns and priests, etc.] we see a constant and lively sense of the Church, which they manifest by their full participation in all aspects of the Church's life, and in their ready obedience to the bishops and especially to the Roman Pontiff. Against this background of love towards Holy Church, 'the pillar and bulwark of the truth' (1 Timothy 3:15), we readily understand the devotion of Saint Francis of Assisi for 'THE LORD POPE', the daughterly outspokenness of Saint Catherine of Siena towards the one whom she called 'SWEET CHRIST ON EARTH', the apostolic obedience and the sentire cum Ecclesia of Saint Ignatius Loyola, and the joyful profession of faith made by Saint Teresa of Avila: 'I am a daughter of the Church'. We can also understand the deep desire of Saint Theresa of the Child Jesus: 'In the heart of the Church, my mother, I will be love'. These testimonies are representative of the full ecclesial communion which the Saints, founders and foundresses, have shared in diverse and often difficult times and circumstances. They are examples which consecrated persons need constantly to recall if they are to resist the particularly strong centrifugal and disruptive forces at work today. A distinctive aspect of ecclesial communion is allegiance of mind and heart to the magisterium of the bishops, an allegiance which must be lived honestly and clearly testified to before the People of God by all consecrated persons, especially those involved in theological research, teaching, publishing, catechesis and the use of the means of social communication. Because consecrated persons have a special place in the church, their attitude in this regard is of immense importance for the whole people of God" (Pope John Paul II, "Apostolic Exhortation on the Consecrated Life and Its Mission in the Church and in the World," to the bishops and clergy, religious orders and congregations, societies of apostolic life, secular institutes, and all the faithful, given in Rome, at Saint Peter's, March 25, 1996)

April 23rd 2005 - The false teaching program begins:

Rexella: Pope Benedict XVI arrives to cheers and groans. Millions of Catholics and six thousands priests veered from Pope John Paul II’s biblical teachings. And millions of additional Catholics worry about the future of their church. Stay tuned for this and much more on “Jack Van Impe Presents.”

Rexella: Hello, and welcome to Jack Van Impe Presents. Of course the whole world was focussed, once again, on Rome. And who would be the new pope voted in for the Roman Catholic Church, the leader of one billion people on earth. And of course, it was Pope Benedict XVI. And you know, Jack said that he felt that the next pope would be a conservative. And we’ve been getting letters and phone calls and people’s remarks all over the place —“Jack, you told us it would be a conservative. And lo and behold it is.” And there were cheers and there were some groans out there too. You know, no matter who it is, Jack, you’re going to have those for you, those against you. You know, that’s the way it is.

Jack Van Impe: Really, honey, I guess I’m the only man that never has anyone who ever complains about what I’m doing. [laugher] I’m just kidding. But cheers and groans.

Jack Van Impe: It reminds of the story about the monastery where the monks took the oath of silence. And they were only allowed to say one sentence every seven years. So after the first seven years, the first monk said, “I don’t like the food here.” Another seven years pass. They are now at the fourteenth year mark. The second monk said, “I don’t like the food either.” And then another seven years past. At the twenty-first year mark, this monk said, “There’s too much griping going in this place.” [laughter]

Jack Van Impe: Well, we’re going to show you the pros and cons today of Pope Benedict XVI.

Rexella: All right, Jack, on both sides of the aisle, if you watch our program you’ll know that Jack is trying to be a peacemaker between believers, believers in the Protestant arena and the Catholic arena. And he’s trying to be a peacemaker, believe me. And you really have, Jack. I appreciate that so much about you. And I think that if you watch our program you will all say amen to that.

Rexella: Especially if you notice Ireland, how the Catholics and the Protestants have been fighting each other, even killing each other. So I have chosen to put on the screen right now one of the many letters that we’ve received from Ireland where Jack has helped with the situation.

Rexella: “I’m a twenty-three year old male in Northern Ireland and watch the broadcast of Jack Van Impe Presents. I am Catholic and live in a deeply divided society. For instance, between Catholics and Protestants. I was very surprised to hear you had met Ian Paisely, a bigot, a man who stirs up hatred here towards Catholics. And was very happy to hear that you realize this man for what he is.”

Rexella: He goes on—“It is so refreshing to hear love filled message like the one you preached. And I just want to show my appreciation and my love for you and your dear wife. What you said encouraged me to love everyone. And let go of all bitterness.”

Rexella: Oh, Mark McManis, thank you so very much for that wonderful letter. This is certainly something we need to be working today. Letting go of all hatred and loving each other as children of the Lord,

Jack Jack Van Impe: That’s right, Rexella. That’s what the Bible teaches. And you know I said I was going to give my confession on this program and it was the Word of God that changed me, as you’ll see in a moment.

Jack Van Impe: But let me get back to 1976, the second hundredth birthday of the United States of America. Rexella and I — thank you, Lord — were chosen to be the spokesmen religiously for that great event. The second hundredth birthday of the United States of America. But what the news media never carried and we’ll never know why, was the fact that the Communists said, “We’re going to be at Philadelphia and Washington DC and attempt to destroy both cities.” Well, I was really uptight. And when I got there the law officials told me they wanted me to wear this bullet-proof vest because there was warning out that an attempt was going to be made on my life during the second hundred birthday of the United States of America. Boy, that can be hot on a day like it was that day. And it got to be a hundred degrees where I was speaking because the air-conditioning went out and I was wearing this to preach the Word of God. Well, God took care of my life.

Jack Van Impe: But with all that heartache going on, I had the president of one of our universities, a hard-backed fundamentalist school, come and say, “You are to preach at the International Congress of Fundamentalists to be held in Scotland and the leader from Europe will be Ian Paisley of Ireland. And we want you to preach and anti Billy Graham sermon because of Billy’s love for Roman Catholics.”

Jack Van Impe: I said, “Sorry, I can no longer do it.” They said, “Well then, don’t come.” I said, “Fine.”

Jack Van Impe: Well, in the meantime I got a message — we do want you to come. I went. This man’s picture on the screen, this is Ian Paisley. A religious leader who often leads the Protestants up to the front to kill the Catholics. And during that week I heard this term so often, my heart was crushed. This man called the pope a papist who had papist rats following him. The pope’s rats were the Roman Catholics of Ireland. You can take his picture away. My heart was crushed. For weeks I heard Ian Paisley’s voice. And his puppet preachers all saying, Catholics are papist rats, rats of the popel

Jack Van Impe: And one day, after weeping, as I sat on my front porch, I said, “Rexella, I am quitting the ministry. I can’t take this hatred any more.” I was one of the strong anti-Catholic preachers of the day. I said, “I’ve got to start loving my Catholic brothers and sisters, because this is the command of God’s Word.”

Jack Van Impe: If anyone believes the five points of fundamentalism— and that’s how they started, on these five points — One was to accept them. And that was the virgin birth, the deity of Christ, the blood atonement, the bodily resurrection, and Christ’s return. Catholics believe that. We couldn’t fellowship with them because of some of the secondary issues. And many of these secondary issues are found in Protestant churches — but that’s all right! Because those are Catholics.

Jack Van Impe: Wait a minute. Jesus said in John 13:35, “By this shall all men know that you are My disciples because you have love one for another.” So as John 3:14, “We know that we have passed from death unto life because we love the brethren.” Verse 15 adds, “Whosoever hates his brother is a murderer. And no murder has eternal life abiding in him.”

The following week Mr Van Impe comes out with these remarks on his program: Jack Van Impe praises: Norm Geisler for praising the pope Campus Crusade for Christ Billy Graham Jack Van Impe believes that a message from an apparition of Mary (documented by Father Petrisko) is credible Jack Van Impe remarkably and blasphemously states that Pope Bendict XVI has the “eyes of Christ”

In 1983 Jack Van Impe wrote "I can only believe that the Spirit's power is upon my life in a greater way since I have opened my arms of love to all brothers and sisters in Christ."

Chris - Jesus' Boy!

APRIL 16 - 2005

Jack Van Impe's false teaching show of arminian easy believism and dispensationalism begins.

After the introduction, professing christians Jack and Rexella begin their topic - THE DEATH OF POPE JOHN PAUL II

"But Jack and I just took a little vacation. And while we were away something very traumatic happened, of course, in the world. The pope graduated his life and he went home to heaven."

"But on this program we are going to focus on Pope John Paul II and what he accomplished while he was the pope."

"And I want to look back, to begin this program, on a beautiful letter that we received a little while ago from a girl by the name of Noreen Badiston. I want to thank her for this. "

“Many thanks, Dr. Van Impe, for the words of praise you often speak on your program about Pope John Paul II. He is a good and holy man. It is refreshing to have an evangelist who defends the Catholics instead of criticizing and condemning us. We know we are not perfect. But we have done things throughout the centuries that we are not always proud to admit. I appreciate how you tried to heal the wounds instead of rubbing in more salt. God bless you in your constant relentless task of bringing the message to the world—Jesus is coming soon.”

"Thank you so much, Noreen, for that beautiful letter and I think that we all recognize that Jack has tried over the many years to unify the body, the body of Christ. No matter what your denomination might be in the Protestant arena. He wants to unite them and unite them with our brothers and sisters in the Catholic Church, the Orthodox Church. If you have Jesus in your heart, we are brothers in the Lord. And you have tried to unify that body, Jack."

Jack Van Impe:
"That’s why 1st Corinthians chapter 12 verse 13 says, “For by one spirit are we all baptized into one body, the body of the Lord Jesus Christ.” The true church. "

Jack Van Impe:
" Now, we preach this love because it’s the command of our Savior, who said in John 13:35, “By this shall all men know that you are My disciples because you have love one for another.” And there are too many of us who just love those within our own denomination. And that’s wrong. First John 3:14 says, “We know that we have past from death unto life because we love our brothers and sisters in Christ from all the denominations.”

Jack Van Impe:
And do you know that outside of Catholicism there are 33,800 Protestant denominations in the world. And we always have one of these right-wing nuts who comes along and says, “Yeah but 33,799 are wrong. I’m the only one who is right.”

Jack Van Impe:
There was a time when I was one of these right-wing fanatics. A right-wing fundamentalists who preached against everyone and everything, in the ‘70s. And then I had an experience that changed my life and brought me to the point where I started loving my Catholic brothers and sisters. And I’ll take any amount of persecution you want to send my way, because of this new stand.

Jack Van Impe:
But I’ll tell you what did it—Next week. Don’t miss that program. I was like the Apostle Paul, honey. When Stephen was being stoned in Acts 7, verses 51 to 60. Acts 8:1 says, “Saul of Tarsus was consenting unto his death.” Verse 3, “Saul made havoc of the church, hailing men and women, committed them to prison.” And it is estimated that this man slaughtered—Acts 9, verse 1—over 5,000 believers. I was that kind of man. And the Lord worked a miracle in my life and I love my Catholic brothers and sisters in Jesus today. Next week—you’ll (hear) it all.

You know, Jack, not every pope has been so loved as this pope was loved. Not every Protestant minister is loved. They’ve had faults also. But this pope was exceptionally loved and respected by the world. I think we all admit that. Four million people showed up in Rome for his funeral. But some did have a disagreement with him, but he made a difference. He certainly made a difference.

John 15:19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

Revelation 13:3 ...and all the world wondered after the beast.

Revelation 13:9 If any man have an ear let him hear.

Before i begin this post, i'd like to say that i don't take any pleasure in the fact that Mother Teresa didn't have a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.
However decievers must be exposed and the truth known.
i'd like to start with an important scripture - because truly it's Jesus Christ alone or eternal hell.

John 14:6
I am the way, the truth, and the life: No man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

As you shall see below Miss Teresa's own words condemn her: Teresa's words are in red.

In her book, Life in the Spirit: Reflections, Meditations and Prayers, she says:

"We never try to convert those who receive [aid from Missionaries of Charity] to Christianity but in our work we bear witness to the love of God's presence and if Catholics, Protestants, Buddhists, or agnostics become for this better men -- simply better -- we will be satisfied. It matters to the individual what church he belongs to. If that individual thinks and believes that this is the only way to God for her or him, this is the way God comes into their life -- his life. If he does not know any other way and if he has no doubt so that he does not need to search then this is his way to salvation." (Pages 81-82)

John 14:6 "I am the way, the truth, and the life: No man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

Through the entire book there is never a hint that she relies on Christ alone for her salvation. Rather we read things like,
"I've always said we should help a Hindu become a better Hindu, a Muslim become a better Muslim, a Catholic become a better Catholic" (Page 31).
Consider also the following quote from another source,
"I love all religions. ... If people become better Hindus, better Muslims, better Buddhists by our acts of love, then there is something else growing there." Or in another place, "All is God -- Buddhists, Hindus, Christians, etc., all have access to the same God."

Galatians 1:8
"But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed."

In an interview with Christian News a nun who worked with Mother Teresa was asked the following in regards to the Hindus they worked with, "These people are waiting to die. What are you telling them to prepare them for death and eternity?"
She replied candidly,
"We tell them to pray to their Bhagwan, to their gods."

2 John 9-11
"Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has both the Father and the Son. If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house nor greet him; for he who greets him shares in his evil deeds"

"At the word of a priest, that little piece of bread becomes the body of Christ, the Bread of Life."

"Without a priest, without Jesus going with them, our sisters couldn't go anywhere."

"When the priest is there, then can we have our altar and our tabernacle and our Jesus. Only the priests put Jesus there for us. ... Jesus wants to go there, but we cannot bring him unless you first give him to us. This is why I love priests so much. We could never be what we are and do the things we do without you priests who first bring Jesus to us."

"Mary ... is our patroness and our Mother, and she is always leading us to Jesus."

People say they are drawn close to God -- seeing my strong faith. Is this not deceiving people? Every time I have wanted to tell the truth -- that I have no faith the words just do not come -- my mouth remains closed. And yet I still keep on smiling at God and all."

"I am told God lives in me -- and yet the reality of darkness and coldness and emptiness is so great that nothing touches my soul."

"I want God with all power of my soul -- and yet between us there is terrible separation. I don't pray any longer."

"In my soul, I can't tell you how dark it is, how painful, how terrible -- I feel like refusing God."

"Pray for me, Father. Inside of me there is so much of suffering -- Pray for me that I may not refuse God in this hour -- I don't want to do it but I am afraid I may do it. Pray for me."

"Where I try to raise my thoughts to heaven, there is such convicting emptiness that those very thoughts return like sharp knives and hurt my very soul. Love -- the word -- it brings nothing."

John 14:6
"I am the way, the truth, and the life: No man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

INVERTED CROSS: Represents Satanism and its mockery of Christ From the book "Brave New Schools" by Berit Kjos

The Esoteric Symbol Library states:
"The inverted pentagram is generally a symbol of evil (in much the same way that the inverted cross is)... "

Below is from an article called - The Kingdom of Satan - by Professor J.S. Malan
He says this about the inverted cross.

Opposition against the cross of Jesus and the Christian church

The kingdom of darkness is fanatically opposed to the church of Jesus Christ and tries to question, discourage, deceive, infiltrate, oppress, forbid, or destroy it in every possible way. Some of the symbols that they use in this campaign are the following:
The inverted cross This cross is not broken, but turned upside down. It indicates the rejection of Jesus Christ and contempt for the gospel of salvation. Inverted symbols are typical of the opposite values pursued by Satanists. People who are sometimes sacrificed to Satan on Black Sabbath are crucified upside down in accordance with this tradition.

2 Corinthians 11:14
And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

Pope Leo XIII "When Mary offered herself completely to God together with her Son in the temple, she was already sharing with him the painful atonement on behalf of the human race ... (at the foot of cross) she willingly offered him up to the divine justice, dying with him in her heart, pierced by the sword of sorrow."
Jucunda Semper, 1894

Pope Pius X
"Owing to the union of suffering and purpose existing between Christ and Mary, she merited to become most worthily the reparatrix of the lost world, and for this reason, the dispenser of ALL favors which Jesus acquired for us by his death . . .
Ad Diem Illum, 1904

Pope Benedict XV "To such extent did Mary suffer and almost die with her suffering and dying Son; to such extent did she surrender her maternal rights over her Son for : man's salvation . . that we may rightly say she redeemed the human race together with Christ."
Inter Sodalicia, 1918

Pope Pius XI, 1935, in a prayer to close a jubilee, we find the first use of the word Coredemptrix by a pope: "O Mother of love and mercy who, when thy sweetest Son was consummating the Redemption of the human race on in the altar of the cross, didst stand next to him suffering with him as a Coredemptrix."

Pope John Paul II, Mother of the Redeemer, 1987 and Pope Pius IX "For God has committed to Mary the treasury of all good things, in order that everyone may know that THROUGH HER are obtained every hope, every grace, and ALL SALVATION. For this is his will, that we obtain everything through Mary."
Ubi Primum, 1849

Pope Leo XIII "O Mary, the guardian of our peace and the dispensatrix of heavenly graces."
Supremi Apostolatus, 1883

Pope Pius X "It was granted to the august Virgin to be together with her Only-begotten Son the most powerful Mediatrix and Conciliatrix of the whole world. So Christ is the source . . . Mary, however, as St. Bernard justly remarks, is the channel, or she is the neck by which the Body is united to the Head... through which ALL spiritual gifts are communicated to his Body."
Ad Diem Illum, 1904

Pope Benedict XV "In every miracle we must recognize the mediation of Mary, through whom, according to God's will, every grace and blessing comes to us."
In a decree on Joan of Are

Pope Pius XI "Confiding in her intercession with Jesus, "the one Mediator of God and man, who wished to associate his own Mother with himself as the advocate of sinners, as the dispenser and mediatrix of grace."
Miserentissimus Redemptor, 1928

Pope Pius XII "As St. Bernard declares, 'it is the will of God that we obtain favors through Mary, let everyone hasten to have recourse to Mary."
Superiore Anno, 1940

Pope Pius XII "Mary, for having been associated with the King of Martyrs in the ineffable work of human Redemption as Mother and cooperatrix, she remains forever associated with him, with an almost unlimited power, in the distribution of graces which flow from the Redemption."
in a radio broadcast in 1946

Pope John XXIII, Vatican II's Lumen Gentium, 1965 and Pope Paul VI
"The Church ... been accustomed to have recourse to that most ready intercessor, her Mother Mary ... For as St. Irenaeus says, she 'has become the cause of salvation for the whole human race"
Christi Matri

John XXIII, see Vatican II, Lumen Gentium.
Paul VI, see Lumen Gentium.
John Paul II
"In fact, by being assumed into heaven she has not laid aside the office of salvation but by the manifold intercession she continues to obtain for us the grace of eternal salvation."
Dives in Misericordia, 1980, quoting Lumen Gentium

The Pope whom you call Holy Father (to your everlasting shame unless you repent) is
Revelation 22
Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they might have the right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

2 Corinthians 6:17-18
Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.
And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

John 4:24
"God is a spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in TRUTH."
By Chris - Jesus' Boy

"It is better to be divided by truth than to be united in error.
It is better to speak the truth that hurts and heals, than falsehood that comforts and then kills. Let me tell you something, friend, it is not love and it is not friendship if we fail to declare the whole counsel of God.
It is better to be hated for telling the truth, than to be loved for telling a lie.
It is impossible to find anyone in the Bible who was a power for God who did not have enemies and was not hated.
It's better to stand alone with the truth, than to be wrong with a multitude.
It is better to ultimately succeed with the truth than to temporarily succeed with a lie.
There is only one Gospel and Paul said, 'If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.'

John Paul II and the Madonna
On John Paul II’s coat of arms are the Latin words Totus Tuus, which mean All Yours. As a factory worker he had been attracted to Marian devotion. As Pope he entrusted everything to Mary’s intercession. In a prayer to Mary, the Mother of God, in his Easter message of 1988, John Paul prayed:

"Pray for the whole world, for all of humanity, for all peoples! Pray for peace in the world, for justice! Pray for the rights of man, especially for freedom of religion for every man, Christian and non-Christian! Pray for the solidarity of people of the whole world, the First and the Third, the Second and the Fourth!"

1 Timothy 2:25
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

(John Paul II’s Easter message, 1988)
Mary is the sign of salvation for the history of the world. John Paul II declared the period between the Solemnity of Pentecost 1987 and the Assumption of Mary in 1988 as a Marian Year.(THIS IS BLASPHEMY)

To her he attributes the saving of his life after the attempted assassination in St. Peter’s Square, May 13, 1983. As soon as he was able to leave Rome he visited the Sanctuary of Merciful Love at Collevalenza in Todi to give thanks for his recovery.

"My personal experiences this year," he said, "together with the events on May 13, make me cry out: We owe it to the mercy of God that we are not dead." The maternal face of Mary is the maternal expression of the mercy of God(THIS IS BLASPHEMY). John Paul II made two pilgrimages of thanksgiving to the Madonna on both the first and the tenth anniversaries of the attack, and both pilgrimages were to Fatima. He often referred to the day of the assassination attempt with the words,
"One hand fired, but another one guided the bullet" (Man of the Millennium, page 99).

On October 18, 2002, the 25th Anniversary of his election as Pope, John Paul II published his apostolic letter Rosarium Virginis Mariae. He stated at the beginning of the document,
"The Rosary of the Virgin Mary, which gradually took form in the second millennium under the guidance of the Spirit of God, is a prayer loved by countless Saints and encouraged by the Magisterium. Simple yet profound, it still remains, at the dawn of this third millennium, a prayer of great significance, destined to bring forth a harvest of holiness."(AGAIN THIS IS BLASPHEMY)

Pope John Paul II inaugurated a special Year of the Rosary, which ran from October 2002 to October 2003. After the Great Jubilee of the year 2000, he noted that it was fitting to dedicate a year to Mary so as to draw greater fruits from the graces of the Jubilee. He urges the faithful to pray the rosary often throughout this year, with two particular intentions in mind: for families and for world peace.
May i advise you Catholic friend, to pray how Mary prayed:
To the heavenly Father in the name of Jesus.

1 Timothy 2:25
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

Mary is NOT a mediator between God and man, she was a sinner elected by the Father before the foundation of the world to eternal life and to be the chosen vessel of which Jesus the only begotten son of God was to be born.
Mary is in heaven like all others who are elect of God by the fact that Jesus Christ paid for her sins on the cross.
Granted by all protestants is this fact - she was most blessed woman ever to live.
Blessed by God and his mercy on her alone.
The Roman Catholic Mary is not the Mary of the bible.
The Roman Catholic Mary is the fictious lies of ANTI-CHRIST AND THE WHORE OF BABYLON.

"Queen of peace, pray for us!
Our gaze is directed toward you in great fear, to you do we turn with ever-more insistent faith in these times marked by many uncertainties and fears for the present and future of our planet. Together we lift our confident and sorrowful petition to you, the first fruit of humanity redeemed by Christ, finally freed from the slavery of evil and sin: hear the cry of the pain of victims of war and so many forms of violence that bloody the earth. Clear away the darkness of sorrow and worry, of hate and vengeance. Open up our minds and hearts to faith and forgiveness!"
-Pope John Paul II

Acts 4:10-12
"Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved."

John 10:1
"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber."

John 10:7
"Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep."

The Antichrist is clearly magnifying Mary (as he does himself) to a level equal or greater than Jesus Christ.
Do not be fooled people, these blasphemous prayers comes from a man with no light in himself - only darkness.
"Together we lift our confident and sorrowful petition to you..."

"Hear the cry of the pain of victims of war and so many forms of violence that bloody the earth."

"Clear away the darkness of sorrow and worry, of hate and vengeance."

"Open up our minds and hearts to faith and forgiveness!"

Matthew 12:48-50
"Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee. But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren? And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother."

VI. There is no other head of the church but the Lord Jesus Christ.

[13] Nor can the pope of Rome, in any sense, be head thereof.

[14] but is that Antichrist, that man of sin, and son of perdition, that exalts himself, in the Church, against Christ and all that is called God.

Not content with the shame and humiliation the Lord Jesus Christ had to endure on the cross for God's vessels of mercy whom the Father chose to redeem before the foundation of the world, Anti-christ and company felt the need to stick a false jesus on a cross for the world to mock via television - what the Pope failed to understand is this graven image can't save him - neither can Mary or any of the saints.

Exodus 20:4-5
Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.

Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them...

Christians are told over 126 times in scripture that they are forbidden to make or use images of Saints or others in their worship.

Deuteronomy 4:15-16
"Take ye therefore good heed unto yourselves...Lest ye corrupt yourselves, and make you a graven image, the similitude of any figure, the likeness of male or female."

Deuteronomy 16:22
"Neither shalt thou set thee up any image; WHICH THE LORD THY GOD HATETH."

Exodus 20:5
"Thou shalt NOT BOW DOWN THYSELF TO THEM, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy am a jealous God..."

1 Corinthians 10:19-20
"What say I then? that the idol is any thing, or that which is offered in sacrifice to idols is any thing?...the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice TO DEVILS, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils."

Leviticus 19:4
"TURN YE NOT UNTO IDOLS, nor make to yourselves molten gods: I am the LORD your God."

Psalm 135:15-18
"The idols of the heathen are silver and gold, the work of men's hands. They have mouths, but they speak not: eyes have they, but they see not; They have ears, but they hear not; neither is there any breath in their mouths. They that make them are like unto them: so is every one that trusteth in them."

The scripture below found in Mark's gospel is a fine description of the Whore of Babylon
Mark 7:9
"Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition."

Leviticus 26:1
"Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God.

Psalm 78:58
For they provoked him to anger with their high places, and moved him to jealousy with their graven images.

Psalm 97:7
Confounded be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols: worship him(The true God) all ye gods.

Isaiah 42:8
I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will i not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.

Isaiah 44:8-11
Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not i told the from that time, and have declared it? ye are even my witnesses. Is there a God beside me? yea, i know not any.

They that make a graven imageare all of them vanity; and their delectablethings shall not profit; and theyare their own witnesses; they see not, nor know; that they may be ashamed

Who hath formed a god, or molten a graven image that is profitable for nothing?

Behold, all his fellows shall be ashamed: and the workmen, they are of men: let them stand up; yet they shall fear, and they shall be ashamed together.

This is what the church of Rome is guilty of:
Romans 1:23
And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptable man...

I conclude with this verse by Jesus Christ - fully appropriate for the Antichrist's funeral:
Matthew 8:22

Chris - Jesus' Boy
